Student Portal and eLearning
To enhance the student learning experience, Qii/T offer two web interface services; the Student Portal and eLearning. Every student is provided with access to the Student Portal, however use of the eLearning interface is, at the moment, limited to specific courses of study. If you are eligible for, or are required to use, eLearning you will be notified by your trainer and provided the relevant details. eLearning at Qii/T are still in its early stages and we hope to make it available to more students over time. The Student Portal is a web interface where students can view their:
- Personal information
- Enrolled courses and units
- Results
- Scheduled classes
- Payment due dates
- Class materials (assessments and handouts)
- Messages from Trainers
Please bookmark the Student Portal page as it is now an integral part of your studies with Qii/T. Please note that assessments tasks for each unit will only be available online (with the exception of English courses), however, submissions are still to be handed in hard copy to Level 3 Reception. Hard copies of textbooks and other materials must be picked up in class, which you are still required to attend. It is also important to note that the class details (e.g. time and day) featured on the Portal override those of your study schedule that you were provided at the beginning of your course. The details on the Portal are the most up to date.

What are my login details?
If you are an existing student, you were sent these details via email. If you have not received an email containing your login details, please email [email protected]. If you are a new student, you will be sent these details shortly after attending Orientation
What if my login details do not work?
If you are having trouble logging in, please send an email to [email protected], or see Rose at Level 3.
How can I change my password?
We strongly recommend that you save your password somewhere safe, as you cannot change the password yourself. However, if you do wish to change your password, please see Rose at Level 3 (or reply to this email).
Are assessment submissions also now online?
No. Assessment submission processes remain the same. Assessments are to be submitted by their due date as normal in person to Reception at Level 3, in hard copy with an Assessment Submission Coversheet.
I am having difficulty using the Student Portal. What can I do?
If you are having difficulty understanding how to use the Portal, there are resources available to help you. Along with your login details, you were also sent a User Guide and a link to a video tutorial. If after reading the User Guide and watching the video tutorial you are still having trouble, please email [email protected] for further assistance.

What are my login details?
You will be emailed login details at the beginning of the course or unit for which you require eLearning. If you are concerned that you have not received your login details by the 2nd week of the relevant course/unit, please send an email to [email protected].
